There are many groups and organizations that answer the call to these disaster victims who would otherwise be left helpless. Scrolls of Hope has recognized the need to join in to help these people in their time of need. We have created a program were you can help us send gifts of hope. Please consider how your contribution towards this program will help others recover there lives.
Childrens Campaign - There are many children in hospitals around the country. Scrolls of Hope takes great pride in reaching out to these children with fun messages in a bottle. It's a great suprise that brightens a dreary day. The fun items in the packages gives children hours of entertainment. Have your class or club write a bunch of notes that will reach various children through the nation.
Scrolls for Adults - Although most recipients are elderly individuals, many adults find themselves in hospitals or in recovery facilities. A group can send one or more people a little sunshine, send a message to inspire someone trying to get well or just to let them know they are cared for.
Help the Homeless - There are many without a home to call their own. Despite how someone gets lost, anyone can find their way back. 'Scrolls of Hope' has partnered up with shelters geared towards getting the homeless back on track. For a holiday project you can send homeless people hope and a way home.
Soldier Campaign - Take up a collection to send as many soldier morale packages as possible. Select soldiers from Anysoldier.com. Click on the Scrolls for Soldiers and follow the steps. At the end of each scroll choose "send another message". Repeat until all scrolls have been completed. A fun-filled morale package will accompany every scroll sent. Remember to submit a post to the Good 'Scroll Gazette' and tell us about your experience and how you went about it so others can follow your lead
Victims of Disaster - Start a fundraising campaign for disaster victims. There are many types of disasters. Whether it's a home burning to the ground or a town ravaged by the unwieldly strength of nature, when disaster strikes we must be ready to answer the call to action. All contributions will be used in the assembly of our disaster relief packages. As you progress in your activity to answer the call to action, send us updates on the 'Good Scroll Gazette'. Tell us about your experience and how you went about it so others can follow your lead
Send Appreciation to a Good Samaritan - Throughout the world there are notable individuals who stand out above all. They are the heroes that actively improve and advance our world every day. Although they are generally modest about the effect they have, these heroes deserve our recognitions and our gratitude. If we are not out making a change, we can certainly promote its perpetuation through our deep and sincerest gratitude. Get a group together to fund a sending "Show of Thanks" campaign
